this is (obviously) a work in progress; but since I already had a compiled list of places where guardians can reflect, I thought I'd just edit it, to include all classes

commando's really have the most versatile reflect of this game; the only downside it has, is that it only does 50% damage

we have a long duration, get 5% health every time we reflect anything, and we can even reflect melee attacks
