They've been doing it since HM TFB came out xD Though there were sometimes when our GM wouldn't say it. Also in Nightmare it seems they don't say "We are the Chosen!" all the time, but its generally just a guild thing we do. I do not remember if we had done it on the attempts before the kill or not.
