I was about to purchase the last piece of my 7-piece set when I noticed my gear set won't be complete without "Ultimate Exarch Cuffs"...which the MK-3 vendor does not sell. How do I get these cuffs? AdjeYo Posted July 29, 2017 Share Posted July 29, 2017 Ultimate Exarch is gear from the previous expansion, when you actually get the piece from the vendor it'll count towards the set even though the place holder says Ultimate Exarch, don't worry.
