Why bother with a bolster in the first place and simply remove it during the ops battle or not raise it high enough bioware! Is there something in the mechanics that requires the OP to be bolstered up to level 65 ? It is already bad enough that people won't accept Lowbies and Midbies top this OP ... The boss is level 65 but a low-level char, e.g. at level 40, will only be bolstered to level 60, not to 65. Therefore, he'll not be able to contribute because he deals nearly no damage. The exception would be healers, they can still heal normally but at lower levels than if they were bolstered to 65. Basically, they just used the old bolster from when the Eyeless was still a level 60 boss and forgot to update it when they increased the level cap for 4.0.
