How much alac is needed to obtain it? 2) I heard somewhere that the crit diminishing return is extremely hard to hit. What is the ideal crit? 3) What about healers? Is it identical to dps stats? The second tier is only really possible for classes with inert alacrity. 2) Someone posted a rather detailed white paper on reddit, and max crit was about 2880 for dps. They didn't sound completely sure, but I think ~3000 crit is a good marker for now. And mastery is apparently better than power after reaching 3000 crit. 3) No clue about healers.
