If not, pls do this. Let everyone regardless of level be able to have fun there. I'm already imagining (hoping? dreaming?) that a few top SHs will become dueling hotspots so it'd be great if there was a terminal there to mimic actual warzones and arenas.

I suggested this as soon as they announced that the Rishi SH would be pvp focused. Hopefully they saw it. I even made a thread in the gen section that got some traction from the community,

I plan to make my stronghold open to all, then hide in stealth. In the opening PVP area, I'll put a GTN and other terminals in the middle of it. Once unsuspecting people start to check things out, I'll pounce.
