One thing that I think is really needed that isn't currently in the game is a way to see when the last time a guild member was on. It is difficult to find out who is active and who isn't with the current setup.

My last suggestion I've had for a really long time in most MMO's and have never seen it done. I really think that having a way to connect guilds (not sharing gbank and such) but just chat. This way people still have a place that isn't open to the public and can be monitored. Maybe the possibility for seeing who is online in either (but that isn't a big issue). Large guilds have always depended on addons for cross communication and with the no addon stance we finally need a company who is going to add the feature themselves.
