I managed to do it.
First get them both to 10k affection. Then get Vette to the conversation to marry her. Then get Jaesa to the convoy to choose one of them. Then marry Vette. Then go back to Jaesa and choose her. Then finish the remaining convos and you will be married to both. Congratulations, you are now married to a psycho ex-jedi and a goodie two-shoes twilek.

I wonder if that would work the other way around. Tempted to try.

Yes. I did it on my Jugg, Vette first then Jaesa.

I think if you try and seduce both girls, they should both dump you, go to zero affection, marry each other, and make loud noises from their crew quarters.
