So many games I have played where a team will have 3-5 of the top players and just win every game. With the new stats being developed we need to see team formation reflecting a balanced in teams so that we aren't getting matches where one team just destroys the other. This also prevents players from getting to opportunity to play with those that know what they are doing and therefore learning and improving.

This is very simple and should just be a matter of working out KDA.
