Hi! I have been a steam subscriber since Swtor was added to steam. However, yesterday afternoon, when i logged in after a break, my account had gone from subscriber to preferred status and has been that way ever since. That said, on the swtor website, it still says i have 29 subscriber days left, and in steam it says i have an ongoing subscription. The subscription was renewed on the 28th, and I have the stwam email to confirm.

Can anyone help me out here?
