Any official app to do this will have to be developed by Bioware themselves but it looks like there is now an alternative.

Essentially someone wrote their own remote desktop client specifically for this purpose. It only sends left or right clicks and it just returns a screenshot of your current swtor window running on your pc. Seems to work perfectly for this purpose especially since it just returns a static screenshot instead of trying to be a full fledged remote desktop app.

Now my own question for anyone who reads this.

Is there an existing android remote desktop client that works in a similar screenshot type mode like this app? Instead of trying to constantly send you screen updates it only sends you a static screenshot when you hit refresh? and then allows you to send mouse clicks to coordinates on the screen?
