You needed to be a Sub on May 11th to get the Nar Shaddaa hold with 5 rooms unlocked for free or July 15th to get the hold with 3 rooms unlocked for free. August 19th is early access for Subs so if you were a sub on either of those two dates but not a sub come the 19th you will get the free hold you just won't be able to access it until later.
