This set is a rare set to get, but what it does is very much inferior ro GS set which is excellent.

Some ideas are: make EO set double proc volt rush in addition what it is doing now (like you get 2 volt rushes instead of one when using that ability), the other thing it would be excellent if this set did something like increased crit chance and surge of attacks while in polarity shift while the GS set just increases raw damage. Would be interesting.

As it is this rare set is very underwhelming.
