If you did not receive a Hero's Banner, we recommend creating a brand new character and mailing the Hero's Banner to your other character. Thank you for your patience! We are currently investigating a possible issue regarding players not receiving the Party Jawa and/or the Hero’s Banner. There is currently no need to submit a ticket to Customer Service, as we are working to resolve this. Once we find a resolution, we will update this post. Thank you for your patience.
