For the second time in a row, I have completed a group flashpoint, but don't know how to leave once we have successfully completed it. The world map or quick travel does not work. eventually, I am kicked out of the site by time-out. To top that off, I do not receive my elite or ultimate points.

 

I see others in my party touching their wrist and hear a beeping noise when they leave. Can someone tell me the proper way to leave a flashpoint when it is completed?

Above your minimap (or below if you have flipped it) is a button that reads "Exit area". Clicking that will take you out of the flashpoint.

 

You should get the group finder reward instantly when the flashpoint finishes, but note that you can only get the reward from each category once a day.

./leave then Exit Area. Fastest way to leave group and receive rewards at the same time.
