I'm having issues when I display blue or purple items in chat using the shift-left click method of inserting a link. When the link is clicked on after insertion, none of the bonus stats that were added when I REd an item to blue or purple status.

 

For example, adding the Redoubt prefix to a lv49 earpiece adds +35 defense. When linked in chat to try to say.... market the item and get around the terrible GTN, the extra +def will not display on the link.

 

Has anyone found a way around this, or has BW noted that this is an issue?

Yeah, I've noticed that too, whenever you link an augmented item in chat, it doesn't display the stats as it is with the augment in it, just seems to show it's original stats, it's been like that ever since they added the ability to augment items.
