Question to all these who say the game is dead already (not a troll, serious question) : What MMO's had/have this awesome PVP system that everyone wanted TOR to have, and how are they doing atm?

Cause the most sucessful one out there obviously is WOW and PVP in that game sucks and pretty much always has.

I agree that pvp is bad in this game but is there really a way to make it good for everyone without having it FPS style where everyone has the same hp/power/ect.?
