I'm not so well at picking out computer chips. Can someone who is really good in multiple chips help me here?

I was planning on upgrading my graphics card to a single new one. I have about 113$ to spend because christmas shopping broke my bank... But i've been told that i'll still be able to find a really nice card for SWTOR. Here's where i need help,

I was looking to upgrade my card to maybe a radeon HD 6770 or so but idk. Are there any cards in my budget that can play swtor max graphics, with FPS that never drops below 40+ unless during heavy lag situations, and in this case, no lower than 25 FPS? I have a 1920x1080 Resolution.
