Conveyance and Psychic Projection

I wanted to highlight how these two abilities worked to help sages become more effective.

 

Here are the two abilities:

 

Conveyance

Rejuvenate has a [50 / 100]% chance to grant Conveyance, which increases the effect of your next healing ability:

Benevolence: Force cost reduced by 50%.

Deliverance: Activation time reduced by 1 second.

Healing Trance: Critical chance increased by 25%.

Salvation: Force cost reduced by 30%.

 

Psychic Projection

Weaken Mind critical hits have a [50 / 100]% chance to grant Psychic Projection, causing your next Telekinetic Throw to channel and tick twice as fast. This effect cannot occur more than once every 10 seconds.

 

Both of these abilities have a proc that will occur. When this proc is active it waits until the ability you are casting that benefits from the proc finishes before the buff that it offers disappears. The advantage to this is that if you have an ability que-ed up for use it still gains the initial benefit the skill would provide as the buff is not gone yet. So instead of just offering this benefit to one cast it offers it to two.

 

How to get the benefit from a double proc:

 

When Conveyance procs you can cast any initial skill, but the only one that will benefit on the second cast from the double proc will be Deliverance. The reason for this is because it's 1 sec reduction in cast time is calculated when the ability is first pressed not when the ability completes. So you can chain two of these together for a 1 second reduction in cast time.

 

This works the same for the other 2 casting abilities Benevolence and Salvation. Casting any of these three and then Deliverance will also apply the benefit to the second Deliverance.

 

Healing trance works a little differently though because you can't que up an ability after a channeled spell, it just cancels the channeled spell. So you will need to start casting Deliverance before the final tick of Healing Trance to gain the double benefit for Deliverance.

 

Psychic Projection on the other hand is very straight forward, but requires you to have a point in Telekinetic Balance. But when you see the proc cast Telekinetic Throw and re-que up another Telekinetic Throw right after. Both of the Telekinetic Throws will gain this benefit instead of just one.
