You can. That's more or less the point of the Master's Datacron. Don't forget that the bundle comes with the datacron itself and a set of full 230-purple level 70 gear suitable for your agent. 230-purple is the lowest tier of the pre-Onslaught end-game gear, and more than strong enough to see you through to level 75.
