grumpehcat Posted March 30, 2016 Share Posted March 30, 2016 The Section X NPC is missing from the Pub Fleet, too--was looking for it last night. Guessing Black Hole is gone as well. Not sure what the deal is. Wasn't available on the ship, either. Tried going to the Belsavis Orbital Station to see if maybe there was someone to talk to, but there wasn't.
