Just how are these supposed to work?

How do you tell if you're in a queue or what your position is?

All it does it says that it put me in a queue without anything else to tell me what the hell is up. Any time I try clicking my server in an attempt to try to get some sort of feedback as to what the @#$! is going on or if I'm even actually in a queue it just seems to tell me I'm further back than I originally was.

 

Is there seriously no sort of on screen feedback as to whether I'm in the queue or or what place I'm in, or if I'm getting closer to a login? Or at least something to tell me what to expect to happen if I get in?

It shows me my updating exact position in the que and an estimated wait time. Don't know whats up with you system

There should be a bar in a little pop up window telling you your position in the queue and approx how long it should take. I was in a queue for no longer than five minutes earlier and I was number 109
