Both return after KotET, and only to their original class; with a twist: Mako partnered with Akaavi, so hunters and smugglers can get both companions. Corso brings Risha along. Of course they are the post Kotfe versions where they forget how to move their lips when talked to outside of cutscenes, no longer have banters on the original planets, don't get influence from pre-Kotfe content, and are relegated to the list of generic "other followers".
