i bought sith pale eyes customization for 100 cartel points if i remember

 

then it got in my inventory, i pressed right clic on it to activate it

 

but when i try to customize the character the pale eyes doesn't appear

 

where is it????

i tried go to the fleet bazar i think is called to change appearance there but the eyes are nowhere

i tried creating a new character also and no pale eyes

 

i think i didnt had any of that opened but im gonna check again

in the description of the item it says

'Adds a new eye color for Sith characters.'

it says 'Sith' only, twileks can be siths too

 

it reminds me of a old trauma i have because i bought white pale eyes contact lenses, and i tried to put them on and i broke them instead, and that hurted my feelings a lot

and now is like the same, buying pale eyes and not be able to use them

I know what the tooltip says. I did look up the unlock before answering and when I saw the icon of the unlock, the Head of a Sith Pureblood, coupled with the fact that other appearance unlocks apply to races and not affiliations made me highly suspicious that "Sith" in that context is used literally. Google confirmed that within a few seconds.

You are able to use them, you just need to roll a Pureblood (which, admittedly, is easy to say for an altoholic like me).
