I really like the animation on this attack. When doing dailies on my own I often will use the special to allow Fusion Missile to insta cast rather then channeling it. When Fusion Missile is allowed to be insta cast, the animation works even when the character is running. Would be very nice if this attack was insta cast and put in the Assault rotation maybe allow us to choose either or to reset Blazing Bolts.

Once you hit level 75, you can pick the "Thermonuclear Fusion" tactical. If you are playing Arsenal, your Tracer Missile will be spread when you use Fusion Missile. All targets then will have the heat signature and will be nuked with Heatseeker Missiles.

 

It is a decent AOE addition to the Arsenal spec.
