Where can you find Auction Houses. I know that the game has them - I just don't know where to look.

They can be found in Fleet - Galactic Trade Network.

These will however only allow you to trade with people of your own faction.

Nar Shadaa however has a neutral trade network allowing you to trade with both factions.

I don't know about all the sectors in the game, but I know that if you go to the Republican Fleet (Carrick Station), there are auction house kiosks there (the kiosk looks like a big ATM machine).

XY Map Coordinates are: -4593, -4769 in the Galactic Trade Market. To make things even easier, go to the station map and select "Galactic Market Kiosk", which will highlight the kiosks located in that area of the station.

Coroscunt and Republic Fleet have the Galactic Trade Network. Dromund Kaas and Imperial Fleet has Galactic Trade Network. Nar Shaddaa has neutral called Hutt Cartel Trade Network.
