Title says the majority of the information needed.

After a long SWTOR absence, I returned as a subscriber a few weeks ago and have been thoroughly enjoying the levelling and gearing process. As I edge close to 306, I have noticed a distinct lack of people online (AES/DT 19:00-23:00).

Are there any raiding guilds active at this time?

Or is this another Oceanic guild request lost to the ether of the forums...
