Rabid-Wookiee
Does anyone still use the old Microsoft Strategic Commander game controller? I just found my old Strategic Commander and tried to use it with SWTOR, but I can't get it to work. What do I need to do? Here's what I've tried so far:Following some advice from online forums I installed a program called StrategicEngine1.3.exe to make it compatible with a 64bit operating system. And while the controller lights are now on and I have access to an interface to program key binds, the controller doesn't seem to work while playing SWTOR. Nothing I push on the controller seems to do anything in game. FYI, I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium Edition. Thoughts? Solutions? Thanks! neil_pie
I had a similar problem with mine. I solved it by running Strategic Engine as administrator. Right-click on the desktop icon > run as administrator I was very happy when I worked that out
