Lynkscrass Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 Hey all, I just got my brand new computer in the mail today. Set it up everything was good. But I noticed it was incredibley slooooow and laggy for a gaming computer. And then noticed the clicking hard drive sound.... I called customer support and they are willing to replace the hard drive free of charge. My question is, should I return the whole computer or just replace the hard drive? Does a bad hard drive cause slow performance? I mean it was really slow....just clicking on IE and waiting for it to pop up took about 45 seconds... Any input would help alot.
