Trust me. i've solo'd him 50 times, kept a loot table for him. I can tell you his drop %s to a .95 confidence with a error margin of 2%. At least 5 or 6 ppl were able to get it within the hour when the puzzle was finally solved. We all ended up at the white crystal node around the same time and all got our crystals.
