Drediker Posted December 5, 2019 Share Posted December 5, 2019 On 12/02 I purchased the Malgus Reborn set from the cartel market on my Sith Juggernaught Gorhath on the Satele Shan server. I applied its pieces to an outfit, noted that the set was collected and destroyed them. I later withdrew another set, tweaked an outfit and destroyed that one as well Then on 12/03 I noticed I no longer had the Malgus reborn set collected. I made a ticket which had a long and negative ticket number, but it's been a couple days now and I saw on the forums that tickets with negative values that can't be closed may not be reaching customer service. I made a new ticket with a ticket number of 1971013447 and would just like to know if its actually in the system or not. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
