Again, thank you for your time helping me!

P.S. what are people referring to when they respond to me using OP? I know OP means over powered but people are using it in a different contex.

P.S.S. some said to talk with your team before the game, man, no one ever talks before a pvp match! Also, my server just gets owned by republic (fat man server or something like that).
First off, when they say OP, it means original poster. So when they call you op, they are just referencing your post, or you.

Second, I'm not sure what to say about the lack of communication, as I don't play on the Fatman. But generally asking something like, 'what's the plan?' will be enough for somebody to answer. Though it's not guaranteed that anyone will follow the plan

you are drawing a false conclusion of cause and effect. winning and losing is a team effort. sometimes you'll get super heroes that can really turn the tide, and sometimes you will get someone who really doesn't help your side at all, except as a minor speed bump. averaged out though, it's the teamwork that wins the game. if you're losing at such a high rate, it isn't ALL your fault.

do you only play at certain time of the day? i personally queue for 1 or 2 wz in the morning before going to work, and I know during that time, there's a very very VERY high chance that i'll be fighting against a guild that usually has 2-3 grouped together, and they are tough together, so often times, morning pug queues may result in loses. This changes as the day goes on - with nights being much more equal.

i'm not a sniper, so i can't help you directly with the sequence, but the numbers you post are very low, which tells me a few things - possibly 1, possibly all, or a combination of the below:
  • you're dying a lot
  • you're not staying with the group
  • you're making yourself stand out
  • you're staying put when you should be running
snipers are at their best if they can hunker down and just peg away at people, but everyone knows that, so when they see someone doing that, they tend to nuke them. so, if you position yourself to be very obvious, you're going to be a very juicy target. look for other snipers, see where they put themselves. also, try to stay near the healer, use your CC to help them out. when you are next to a healer, generally the opposition will opt to go after the healer, vs. the dps (of course, with your low HP in recruit gear, they may smart up and decide to blow you away real fast first, nothing to be done about that).

focus on surviving. you're not learning anything while waiting in the time-out box.

Learning the process on how to come up with a good strategy, etc. You know, "teach a man to fish".

Copy-paste gear and strategy from better players do not promote personal growth and skill, and you will always be 2 steps behind from the people that came up with said strategy, gear setup, talent specs.
I believe you're right on that "Teach a man to fish" thing. If you teach someone to fish, they have a meal for the rest of their life (hence, help teach this person and they'll do better and be more self sufficient) and in this case, teach a person how to be a marksman, and they'll be more beneficial to everyone. Not all are great at games at the start, some might need a little help learning.

The good elite players should not show off and be rude about how much better they are than everyone, but instead help teach others.

As for the OP, I have a Gunslinger, but he's not Marksman specced
