comment savoir si j'ai fait toutes les missions sur une planete et ou (ou comment) localiser celles qui restes

sur le codex il y al le nombre mais pas ou les trouver je crois

As to your specific question, as far as I know there is no easy way to locate the missing missions from the codex. There are a few area missions that trigger once you enter a zone, so your best bet is to probably scour the entire map (and complete the exploration codex at the same time).
