This has been reported already and is in the KNOWN bug list however it has yet to be fixed or even an acknowledgement of when it might make a fix.

Since this is a cartel coin purchase item (IE comes in packs you have to purchase) Some information from Bioware about paid items and their repair timeline would be nice.

If however repair of these visual bugs are not going to happen I would think those who purchased the packs with intent to receive these items are entitled to a refund of the cartel coins. After all IF i purchased a car and half the paint was messed up I would take it back as defective. If I Ordered a DVD and half the special features were missing with a nice little note in the box "Yea we know" I'd want my money back.
