I'm on this build right now and on force technique stance. Please check if this works for you.

Current balanced(optimized to cover all stats) stats, complete buffs and stim.

M. Damage: 963 - 1158
Accu: 98.36%
Crit Chance: 34.58 (I can bump this up to 41% easy with my gear switches but I'd sacrifice on raw power)
Crit multiplier: 75.07%

Force bonus damage: 856.3

This build looks like a mess to me. If you're playing this spec I'd like to know what you're trying to accomplish with it. The only reason I see to use Force Technique is to get Mind crush procs.

Are the only attacks you intend to use Double Strike, Force in Balance, Force Breach and Mind crush?

No Particle Acceleration, only 1 point in Upheaval. I think moving just 3 points around to get Particle acceleration, force pull more Upheaval and use combat technique. You'd have much more useful build

I just don't see how this plays out well, those 2 DoTs are pretty weak. I don't think I even want to try it, sorry.

I've been through all the builds posted by the Great Shinarika and some variations of it. I was mostly on kinetic-hybrid build.

What I thought of when formulating this build is still having 3 readily accessible CC's: Spinning kick out of stealth, F.stun, F.lift. I also aimed to compensate the loss of particle accel and the reduction of upheaval through mind crush and force breach(delicious internal damage). The zero cast time of those skills and near zero force cost, mind crush on proc(of course), is a definite plus to me, I think it beats particle accel because at most you only do 4.2k on project with it (and that's with force potency), and particle accel will only proc on force heavy skills like d.strike, and it's still only 30%, but force strike will proc even on normal attacks(with 60% probability), saving you lots of force for a barrage of d.strikes with DOTs on an enemy.

This means I can dish out a minimum of 2.2k damage on d.strike alone, mind crush procs(and it doesn't hurt my force pool), continue with d.strikes etc...

There is a great FAQ thread Stickied in this section, it likey has much more in-depth information than I am willing to get into. I do not run OPs anymore(guild disbanded ) and when I did it was on my gunslinger. I'm still trying to get used to a Balance PvP build myself, so I am still up in the air about how well it does in PvP. I'm going to need a lot more practice with it before I will commit to a solid opinion of it. Mixed bag so far.

I'm just entirely skeptical on giving up Particle Acceleration and Upheaval more than anything. You say 4.2k but it's actually more like 6k+ if you get an Upheaval proc that can crit as well. One or 2 Double Strikes later you can do it again. Giving up good instant damage for good DoT damage doesn't feel like a great trade off.

I just feel something like this with 1 point you can put in shadow's respite you can lead off with more damage spells and recover your force a little better., would be better suited. Adding force pull as another very valuable cc option. Pretty standard hybrid build with some playing around room.
