Erevan_Kindelar Posted February 13, 2021 Share Posted February 13, 2021 This might show how long it has been since I ran that content, but as far as I know the Dragon Wings/Wings of the Dragon mount only dropped as part of the Izax Challenge, which ended with the official release of the Nathema Conspiracy update, in May(?) 2018.
