Any healer is theoretically the same, but I seem to have less 'died because my companion is channeling their stun on something that is immune to it' moments with them than I do with Quinn, Elara or Lokin, even if I leave their stun on like an idiot. Not sure if it's just me. Personality-wise, has to be Jaesa, if only for the fact that she is so customizable, and I wish BW had used that for more companions. The only character that I encountered in SWToR that's hot enough is the one that you meet in the oasis during the Sith Warrior Tatooine class quest, and his (or her) name is Reflection. As far as usefulness goes, they're all kind of meh, but I favour Scourge overall on my Guardian. In DPS gear, he's close enough to Kira in terms of damage (KIra's AI seems to be worse in terms of ability usage), and he's tougher, and he's less obnoxious. Plus, having a gigantic Red Sith tag along is awesome on its own. He'll be the first companion that I'll be fully agumenting and visually customizing (Maelstrom armour - black, with thick plates, would work great for him). For my Marauder, probably Vette, just because I like the "bullet trail" animations on her abilities. I really hate healing companions and use them only when I need to solo a tough Heroic quest. Their AI is terrible, they scale horribly with gear, and I don't like most of them personality-wise. I don't fancy a middle-aged pervert with a pornstache anywhere near me, and I don't fancy effeminate snivelling treacherous sycophants. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cuaarl_Hosmi Posted July 1, 2012 Share Posted July 1, 2012 Looks: Kira I love women with red/ginger hair, just give her some specs and i'm their Personality: Kira/Scourge (i can't choose they are so different, but in a good way) On the one hand you have Kira who is funny, cheeky and sarcastic but with a heart of gold. Scourge on the other hand may be darksided but he seems very wise and intelligent, i very much enjoyed my conversations with him. I think maybe the fact i read Revan months before this game was released helped as i couldn't wait to meet him Usefulness: Tharan A healer and probably the best interupt/mez in the whole game.
