It is literally one blunder after another... We've waited for how long for something that could have been released weeks ago???

All these rewards are just a temporary crutch supporting a failed ranked system. Do you guys even like poorly matched team deathmatches in an MMO? I don't lol especially not in ranked!! Edited August 1, 2014 by Marcus__

So in other words, sometime next week, if we're lucky, so we have only two weeks before the season ends. On some servers and factions, there is no Rated PvP going on at all, and all the players who have 1500+ rating there played like 20 matches in the first month of Season 2 (winning every one of them of course ) and haven't played a single match since then. I really hope that cross-server PvP is in active development and is not still sitting on the wall of crazy.

Just image the people quitting after 1500 and then realizing its now 1600 or so.

So after the announcing 2 weeks are left to get what you thought you already have.

This is the problem with ranked people who quit after 1500 are lame and is why ranked is dead. I hope they do raise it so more people will play. 1500 is nothing plus, they need to add a decay in rating when people dont play imo.

Well also matchmaking, sync queueing, skankhealing/tanking, win trading, trolling, no gear check, etc. Get a system in place that works and people won't just quit once they hit their number.

Yeah, that's possible. For sure we'll get a new gear when the Makeb-sized expansion drops and level cap increases. I remember that they said on stream they don't have plans to add another tier right after Season 2, but with such a large break in-between, who knows...

Oh yes, please tell us how a handful of folks trading wins for a couple of weeks will be rewarded with special treatment for their efforts. That's really what PvP needs right now.

It's clearly time for the nuclear option. Complete re-evaluation of the state of pvp in this game. It's just stale now. After almost two seasons nothing has improved. Anger over the removal of 8vs8 ranked hasn't lessened in over a year now. Ranked rewards should be an incentive for ranked pvp but at the moment they are the only thing stimulating the ranked population on some servers. Something is fundamentally wrong with pvp when it gets to this.
