Anyone else having that problem? Same problem, cant even find any fix for that. I tried to re-install game, and twice it was succes - I log in to game, played some time, but when I quit I cant play again, launcher works properly, after clicking play game opens and shortly closed without any error. The fact that there is no real customer support makes me sad, cause I just re-sub after a 1 year pause. So I cant play and cant refund my money. There is no fix, cuase I found similar posts with similar problems from 2012-2018 years. So lets hope some of admins will answer and help us.
