Zidaen Posted December 18, 2011 Share Posted December 18, 2011 Issue: Dark Resilience--> fade Out Tier 3 has dark resil which is required to get fade out. Dark resil reduces the hp loss of consumption. Another tier 3 skill, efficacious currents buffs your shield. Tier 4 fade out is a buff to your shield. Why does dark resil link to a shield buff when it would make more sense to link efficacious currents to fade out instead? It's not a big deal if it's intentional but it feels odd. RidowHyrim Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 I agree, not to mention Force Surge (tier 6) makes the reduced damage done from consumption via Dark Resilience less relevant, making it harder for my to justify specializing in 2 quasi-useless points to get access to the increased mobility with my shield. I would like to have the increased speed for PvP while shielded, but it isn't likely that I would be using consumption very much with out the Force Surge proc, what with all the players trying to kill me and all.... I'll deal with it but it would be nice to have some developer attention and maybe insight as to why the lack of synergy on this linked talent.
