would i be able to run swtor at max graphics on this ?

trying to decide whether to buy or not ???

Graphics card 1GB AMD Radeon HD 7690M GDDR5 Discrete Graphics [HDMI, VGA]

Memory 8GB DDR3 System Memory (2 Dimm)

Hard drive 640GB 5400 rpm

You will need better CPU, game is highly CPU-dependend

i got normal FPS in high-populated areas - fleet etc -

only when replaced i3-540 (overclocked to 4+ghz)

with i5-750 (overclocked to 4.2 ghz)

i had low (15-30) FPS with overclocked i3, turning shadows off helped a bit (+5+10 FPS)

with i5 i have FPS mostly higher than 60 with shadows ON

(sometimes - when game is reading from HDD - FPS is about 55 for 2-3 seconds)

and i must say i have GTX570 and its load is about 60% with VSync ON, GPU overclocking seems doesn't affect FPS at all

I have a friend that only has a dual core 2.7 and runs it on max no problem what so ever with EVERYTHING up. Quad core will be just fine.

so could you ask your friend to post a message how did he or she manage to get high FPS on his/her computer

forum is flooded with messages about low FPS on hi-level systems,

i just posted my own experience, its for you to decide

FPS with "high" settings on my i3 was low(but playable) in high-populated areas, fleets, warzones ets,

but normal on most of the planets, excluding Taris

so i played with all on "high" but with shadows OFF
