Hi all, I have scavenging on 2 characters and now they are at the mission level 33-40, they only one they get is for flux. I've done this a few times, but still only get this mission, any one have any ideas?

You'll get more as your scavenging level increases. Or, at least, you should. But pretty standard to only have access to one mission when you first breach a new tier.
