Bought Subscription on Steam in July, SW TOR support refuses to help

So in end of July I think I bought a subscription to the game via Steam when it was released there, for 12,99€.

For that money I didnt receive anything because I think it was an issue with the Steam and SW TOR accounts synchronization.

So i contacted Steam support and they gave me a payment ID to proof my purchase and told me to cantact the SW TOR support with it, what i did multiple times now because already opened multiple tickets in game and always got told to send them screenshots of my account name and purchase data (which i got from Steam support).

I did as told like 6 times already because never got an answer to the E-mail which included the screenshots and when like after 2 weeks waiting i ask whats going on, they always say they cant see any screenshots attached to the mail.

So i send it many times in different formats and even through a google drive link but then they say they dont open google drive links?? ***??

And now Im again waiting for an answer to a new ticket since 2 weeks and probabably again nothing will happen.

like *** is this a joke? trying to rip me off for 12 bucks?

whats the legal term for that? theft? fraud?

pls help

There is no customer support given in this forum, only other players can try to help you. Since this is an account issue though no player is able to help you, so you need to head over to https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/bd-p/star-wars-the-old-republic-en

Form your post I gather that you already did what is described here ?

In https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Steam-subscription-not-working/td-p/9336662/page/58 at the and of that thread is mentioned that with some email domains there are issues, customer support can't see them. The recommendation is either to send from another domain if possible or call the support to have them raising an EA ticket and get the necessary screenshots attached by you.

yea, sent them like 3 mails with screenshots. never get a reply, except i ask again.

then they say cant see those attached, and for some reason they dont open google drive links which i also used to show them the required screenshots

Not opening google drive links is a security precaution (and a sensible one at that, as they can't really verify what in fact they are opening)

Have you tried different email clients? Perhaps try CCing yourself to see what the email looks like when it arrives
