and also i hear or rather read theres new FP's OPs and more to come?

 

basically so subbing now is ideal compared to how its been prior to KoTFE? and if i do has the game chnaged enough i should perhaps reroll?

If you like your character, keep playing it. You can always create a new character too.

 

They are working on a new Op, two bosses are here so far. A new FP is on the way too. At least.

 

For me, I couldn't play the game unsubbed. I would lose access to too much stuff.

I myself like to make a new character if i have been gone for a long time. You definitely want to stay subbed playing without a sub even with unlocks i hate having my money locked
