CrazyScruffy
if you put it into a costume slot, then yes you can share it with your other toons. if you equip it as your actual armor, then you would need to remove to share it
SteveTheCynic
"Binds to Legacy" means that once you acquire whatever it is, you can't trade it to other players, but you *can* equip it on your character OR (in the case of armour) stamp it on an Outfit Designer slot, OR equip it on a companion, OR (in the case of speeders, emotes, titles, and similar things, "enable" it, all for ANY character on your legacy. You can pass it around as you see fit. Unlike certain "account bound" items in Guild Wars 2, "Binds to Legacy" items will NEVER bind to a single character. Vercundus
How can you enable one speeder to all toons? Maybe I'm not understanding you correctly, but when a speeder is legacy bound, it allows you to move it freely among your toons, but it will be consumed on single use, unlocking the speeder for one toon alone. That's right. For a speeder, "legacy bound" means "can be assigned to any one of your characters, but cannot be traded to other players. If you want multiple characters to have it, you have to acquire multiple copies.

SteveTheCynic
Use of the word "any" is misleading, in your previous post OK, fair cop. should have been "ANY ONE character" to avoid confusion with "ALL characters".
Adric_the_Red
How can you enable one speeder to all toons? The only way to "enable" a speeder, pet, etc., for all your characters is to unlock it via Collections. Though typically, if the inventory item is labeled Binds to Legacy or Bind on Pickup, it won't even be listed in Collections, much less unlockable. IOW, you can't win a Vectron BWL from the Casino event, use it, then unlock it in Collections for all your other characters. It isn't even listed in Collections. In some cases, there is a "duplicate" item that matches a BtL or BoP item. So there's an SP-RO Power Droid pet that's a random drop in the crates from the various Cantina events, which is Bound to Legacy, if you get one. That pet can't be unlocked in Collections. But there's also an SP-RO Power Droid pet available from a couple of the old cartel packs (Regulator's and Enforcer's Contraband packs), which you can unlock, if you manage to get one. So even though I've acquired and used several of the BtL variety SP-RO droids, the cartel pack version is still "not collected" in my Collections, and I can't unlock more of them for my other characters. If it's Binds to Legacy, you can wear it on any character in your Legacy. You can also "stamp" it in multiple outfits.
DoofiestDoofz
Thanks all for the input. So for confirmation, if I buy the Nightlife Socialite Outfit with Character A and equip it to that same character, character B, C, D, etc. would all be able to use those items just by sending them to those other characters? Additionally, if I've bought an item in the Cartel Market and it's unlocked in collections, when I redeem the item on any of my alts, are those redeemed copies bound to that character, or can I sell the item on the GTN? First part: Yes, and if you stamp them on Outfit Designer slots, you can keep the look when you send the item on to the next character. Second part. No. Items claimed (not redeemed) from Collections are bound to the character who claims them and cannot be sold at all. Not to other players, nor to vendors. (Not to vendors because they are CM items, not to players because they are bound to your character.) An item that has been unlocked in Collections for one character (that is, the original copy) cannot be traded or sold either, because the unlocking process is triggered by binding the item (or the whole set in the case of armour sets).
