klwn
Not complaining here, just want to understand. I started the season with a 5-5 ratio. Not great. I won the first game and lost the next four, and I know the first five games out of ten matter the most. But still... That got me a 1178 rating. On the leaderboards I saw many players with three or four wins out of ten and a rating well in the 1300's. How does that work? I don't get it, really. It was at the very beginning btw, when a lot of players had yet to get their rating, if it helps. Thanks. Edited April 29, 2015 by klwn
DomiSotto
The number of points you win and lose per game also depends on the expectation to win or lose the game based on the comparison of the ELOs between the participants. So, every win and loss is valued differently. Don't know if it helps.
Mister_Ewing
you only see number of wins&the LBs display even the people with fewer than 10 matches played &whose ratings don't matter when it comes to giving away the rewards; i'm guessing that's the cause of your bewilderment better luck this 5th season!
