The commando utility "suit foe" doesn't make any reference to stealth detection or stealth scan cd. Does it do the same thing as merc "threat sensors"?

As an update, the Threat Sensors utility for merc is either broken or a piss poor joke. The "3% increase in ranged and melee defense" is not additive, it's a percentage of your base 5% defense!!!! Lmao, you actually get a whopping 0.15% increase to ranged and melee defense from the talent.

Wow, I never knew that. I always assumed it took the 5% to 8% that's horrendous.
