I played both the Foundry and False Emperor. Was the Foundry destroyed in False Emperor or did it survive to be used again? I remember hearing about how the Schism Collective combining the Foundry with the Emperor's stealth space station but I'm not sure if that happened. And before anyone asks yes I did google and bing it.
