With the changes to Hemophiliac Slash we lost 2k or so dps. This is rough, and leave Juggs a bit noncompetitive. Now i understand wanting to preserve the way the class plays. I would like to propose adding Saber Throw to this tactical, it will allow for better uptime on dots, preserve the way the class plays, and as well help Juggs with range and refresh dots and keep uptime, and mobility. I would say Ravage, and Saber Throw refreshing all your dots would be a better version for this tactical.

Id assume they don't want to step on anni's toes. currently hemo ticks all dots 3 times on ravage and you can double ravage. anni tactical ticks just rupture, but slash, viscous throw and dual saber throw can proc it, the latter allowing an AoE proc.

 

I agree juggs are just straight up bad (they have been for a while, which is sad because I enjoy me some vengeance), but if you add too much to the tactical it just becomes just a better version of anni rather than comparable.
