Boba Fett. How pathetically inglorious.

I agree. Boba Fett.

I swear, watching his death makes you wonder if Lucas didn't intentionally make it pathetic just because he didn't like the fact that such a small character became a fan favorite.

Padme Amidala - A wealthy young women in near perfect health surrounded by millions of credits worth of medical equipment, attended by the finest droid surgeons, and in the presence of one of the strongest force adepts in the galaxy .... dies in childbirth because she "lost the will to live".

Dr. Ball, MD pegged that scene exactly right in Robot Chicken.

Boba Fett didn't die in "JEDI". Being thrown (or fall) into the Sarlacc Pit is not instant death. Fett actually escapes the Sarlacc thanks to help from Dengar. (Gotta read the books to learn that)

As for worst death in the movies...Anakin storming the Jedi Temple with the 501st. That scene where he enters the chamber and the younglings come out of hiding because they think he is there to help. To me THAT is the worst death of all the films. Poor kids never had a chance.

Worst ... every death of stormtrooper. Come on. They suppose to be finest soldiers of the empire but they never hit anything, they always miss and everybody kill them just by one shot. So why they wearing that armor? Even Ewoks with sticks and rocks can kill them. Doesn't make any sense ...

Some SW specialist elaborate why the stormtroopers suck so much and get one shotted in armor by everything. And no it's not just because of the cloning.

-All Stormtroopers that died from Ewoks... i mean common... What's that garbage armor?

I have always assumed that, being on a near unknown planet, the Ewoks used some type of material for their weapons, that was only found on Endor and that it was stronger then stormtrooper Armour.

Yeah, her lamest move.

Padme, hands down. A woman Loses the will to live as her children are being born? Are the babies not enough reason to want to live? It's not even like she was ill or had complications during the pregnancy or anything. That death is right up there with Yoda just deciding after a difficult fight with Palpatine that the most powerful Jedi still alive should just go in hiding on Dagobah instead of regrouping and giving it another go, or helping the rebels or even decide to keep in touch with the children to teach them from a young age the ways of the force. No Run away and hide for the next 20 years that will teach em.

Well, in Galactic Empire era most of the soldiers are normal people, not clones, so that isn't the reason.

NO way. . .Mace Windu with his two useless escorts with him when they confront Palpatine. They die right off the bat. . .no reason for them to even be there. It's so stupid.

I always wondered about that. Sometimes I think Jedi have the worst reaction time. I mean, you already know he's a sith lord, you see him flick his lightsaber out and come flying through the air and.....stand there to see what happens.

This is just one of many horrendous writing ideas by George Pucas.

sigh... not this again.

Ok fett escaping is not canon which means it didn't happen.

George Lucas has stated many times that Boba Fett died. He even says it on the audio commentary for RotJ.

Plus George Lucas and Leeland Chee have stated several times that nothing that happens after RotJ is considered canon.

Sorry but Boba Fett IS dead.
